This quilt is sized 90in x 90in. It has a hanging sleeve and can easily be hung on the wall or used functionally as a quilt (or both!).
 
This is the seventh piece in my "Balloon Animal" quilt series which toured to Tokyo, Kansas City, and Asheville.  It is created from repurposed vintage sheets and featured an applique image of a balloon bear that was created in collaboration between a balloon artist and myself. This series comments on fine art vs craft while alluding to the inherent value in Jeff Koon's work.
